Complaint Filed over Illegal Alien Voters

Posted By Michael Volpe On November 7, 2012 @ 12:35 am In Daily Mailer,FrontPage | 2 Comments

A group fighting against illegal immigration has filed a series of formal complaints with federal, state, and local agencies following a report by the Las Vegas Journal Review that uncovered a number of cases of illegal immigrants voting in this election.

Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (ALIPAC) filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Committee (FEC), the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office, and the Clark County Board of Elections. In their complaint, ALIPAC charges that numerous illegal immigrants and non-citizens are registering and voting in federal elections that will decide which presidential candidate or political party controls the White House and US Senate.

The complaint follows a story written by Glenn Cook of the Las Vegas Journal Review (LVJR). In that story, Cook interviewed two illegal immigrants who said to him that they were voting illegally.

“Last week, I met with two immigrant noncitizens who are not eligible to vote, but who nonetheless are active registered voters for Tuesday’s election. They said they were signed up by Culinary Local 226.

“They speak and understand enough English to get by. But they don’t read English especially well. They say the Culinary official who registered them to vote didn’t tell them what they were signing and didn’t ask whether they were citizens. The immigrants said they trusted that the union official’s request was routine, thought nothing of it and went about their work,” read the pertinent part of the story.

William Gheen, President of AlIPAC, said that the LVJR investigation is evidence that voting by illegal immigrants isn’t merely a conspiracy but a real problem.

“Illegal alien voters are not a conspiracy theory,” said Gheen. He continued, “The information we have shows mass illegal immigrant voting in Clark County.” Clark County includes the City of Las Vegas.

Gheen also pointed out that Las Vegas wasn’t the only place where the media highlighted incidents of illegal immigrants voting.  A Fox 25 in Boston investigation also found a number of illegal aliens on the voter rolls.

“But FOX Undercover found out something else about Santiago-Vazquez. He’s been registered to vote from his home address in Lawrence since 2010.

“Our investigation shows he’s not the only registered voter in Lawrence who is not a citizen. By cross-checking Lawrence voter records with criminal records that included records indicating lack of citizenship, we found three others.”

Gheen said that he believes that tens of thousands of illegal aliens are voting in Nevada and he even stated that at least one high-profile election was swayed by illegal immigrants. Gheen said that he believes that Harry Reid beat Sharron Angle because thousands of illegal aliens voted for Harry Reid in 2010.

“He [Reid in 2010] lost every County but Clark County,” said Gheen of why he believes that Reid was helped by illegal aliens.

In that race, Angle filed a complaint citing voter intimidation by management at Harrah’s Casino. Gheen said that a number of illegal immigrants work at that Harrah’s.

Gheen also said that an ALIPAC supporter from Nevada who worked as a poll worker in this cycle was dismissed from that job after complaining about illegal immigrants voting.

Gheen said that the issue of illegal immigrants voting is an issue all Americans should be concerned about because it robs citizens of their own vote.

“Every illegal immigrant is skewing a legal vote.”

Hussein will grant them retroactive citizenship and that will be the end of it.

Every one of these people crossing the border was an additional cancer cell and the GOP refused to protect the nation when they had the chance.

I think early voting hurt us badly.

A former hardcore unionist neighbor of mine who lives in Florida strangely chose election day for a quick trip to Michigan where he owns the house his bother lives in.

A militant lesbian cousin in Minnesota was talking about all the gay lesbian election eve slumber parties they were having in Minnesota with out of state visitors.

EVERY election we are treated to shenanigans like Black Panthers at the polling place, voting machine hacking, murals of Barry Benghazi behind the voting booths, illegal aliens and dead people voting, etc., etc., etc. It seems like the GOP does nothing, the courts at most give some low level moron a slap on the wrist and it repeats the next election.

What exactly do those clowns in the GOP "Leadership" do anyway?

Illegal immigrant voting: Just one more wrinkle in the multiple schemes of 'Rat cheating and fraud that may have determined the outcome of this election!

It's impossible to compete when one side plays by the rules and the other doesn't think that those rules exist.

Mexico is pushing north at a furious pace---throwing its "pressure groups" over the border---salivating for reconquista---to takeover the SW--- financing and coaching their fifth column invasion of US borders.

The wailing and whining invaders' propaganda-----"just here for a better life, to do jobs Americanos won't do"---really "gets" bleeding heart sap-happy liberals.....and vote-crazed US politicians.

=============================================

The latino criminal underworld on US soil has more criminal enterprises than you can shake a stick at.

<><>ICE's "documents and benefits fraud taskforce" found a common practice among "impoverished" illegals is to buy several faked identities for several thousand dollars each----the illegal then votes and rides the US gravy train under several names.

<><> Jose Madrigal---the Washington staterapist---had some 30 identities. And probably voted and collected US benefits under every single identity.

<><>June 26, 2010 An illegal using multiple identities was sentenced to prison and ordered to pay back $3 million in fraudulently obtained unemploymet compensation. Manuel Mejia Ordonez, got eight years for conspiracy to commit mail fraud........and identity theft.

<><> Hilderberto Salinas sold state drivers' licenses issued out of the state’s Motor Vehicle Agency in NJ to illegals with multiple identities who did not have the necessary id's....among 40 people who participated in the widespread ring. "Impoverished" illegals paid $2,500 to $7,000 apiece for the licenses---which allows them to vote.

FLORIDA---Broward County Registered Voters Admit Being Non-Citizens
Florida Media Trackers | 6/28/2012 | TOM LAUDER / FR Posted by Kevin C

Six non-citizens admitted to Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes they are registered voters but should not be allowed to vote, Snipes reported yesterday at a community forum. The non-citizens asked to be removed from the registered voter list.

The non-citizens came forward after receiving a letter of inquiry from Snipes’ office. As for the other suspected non-citizens, Snipes said she would “err on the side of caution…and wait for a more reliable list.”

Snipes reported the non- citizens’ inclusion on voter registration lists the same day an attorney for the Florida State Association Of Supervisors Of Elections advised elections supervisors they can resume removing non-citizens from voter registration lists.

Ron Labasky, general counsel for the Association, sent out a memo late Wednesday saying elections supervisors can resume removing non- citizens if supervisors have “sufficient documentation” that a person is not a U.S. citizen.

An official list provided by the Broward Supervisor of Elections shows 46 of 262 suspected non-citizens voted in elections dating as far back as 1984.

Last month, Snipes told the media that any non-citizen casting a vote is committing a felony.

Snipes sent letters to the 262 registered voters asking them to provide proof of citizenship. Snipes’ gave the non-citizens 30 days to respond.

Media Trackers Florida verified votes had been cast by using two different voter information services. Our review shows 31 votes cast by registered Democrats, 5 votes cast by registered Republicans, and 10 votes cast by persons with no party affiliation.

It doesn't help that we've accepted and encouraged progressive rules that harm us.

Romney didn’t lose because some illegal immigrants voted.

If Marco Rubio were the VP nominee and worked every Latino area in every heavily Latino area driving the GOP to win just 50% of the Latino vote Republicans would have won.

If Republicans can’t figure out a way to make inroads in to the Latino community and the Latino community is allowed to become as hopeless a cause as the Black community it truly is over.

Imagine at the VP debate with the cackling hyena Biden, if Marco Rubio, or a Ted Cruz, without asking permission answered a question about the economy in spanish. He would undoutedly be asked “Why did you do that?” He could proclaim the obvious, the Latino community deserves to be part of the national conversation. He could say:

“I am Latino. I am conservative. I believe in the great vision of the founding fathers, all here as a result of immigrants coming to this great country. We as Latino’s want the very best for our families and the very best for this nation.”

This would have electrified the Latino community and media.

We also need candidates to stop answering questions about rape and abortion. We need to get more women to vote Republican. If asked about rape and pregnancy:

“Rape is an evil act that must be punished to the fullest extent of the law. A rape that results in pregnancy is as tragic a situation as I can imagine. I would offer my complete and sincere support to the victim and work to make sure the rapist was severely punished. After such a horrible incident the last thing the victim should be subjected to is any kind of pressure, one way or the other. I am Pro Life because of my Religous beliefs. I believe life begins at conception. Ending that life is a very serious decision. That decision, however, ultimately will be made by the woman and her family. My belief is we as a society need to be there to comfort and help the victim and family as much as possible.”

Abortion is not supported. The VICTIM is!

REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT.

If pressed on abortion in general:

“I don’t think abortion is an acceptable means of birth control. Other means of birth control exist and will continue to be available for women. If the life of the mother is involved, I again would do anything I could to help the family in that situation.”

Why is this so hard for Republicans to figure out?

Politics is a contest about messaging. The Democrats routinely say one thing and do another. Think about the woman asking her husband/boyfriend if he thinks she is fat. Even if the brutally honest answer is “Yes.” it is not the answer you give. The answer is “I love you. You look great. Let’s go get a salad.”

Republicans and Conservatives need to employ some of these common sense tactics and be disciplined in messaging.

As much as I agree with you on this, we need to keep fighting and bringing this crap to the forefront for all to see. Never give up on exposing this.

Oh sure, the POTUS election was close enough this time for fraud to be the decider (was not last time).

Doesn’t explain the Senate FUBAR though. Heller in fraud central Nevada wins. Berg in 60% Romney North Dakota loses.

Obama cheated, lied, smeared and stole this election just like he did the first one. He has never won an election except through these methods.

My husband said to me this morning about my saying to him last night Obama’s 2012 election was virtually identical to his first election for this office and what are the odds for that and that I was probably right.

Yep, we have no leadership, you can add “allowing Democrat moderators for debates” to that list, the Republicans always let the enemy set the rules, sick! And when the Republicans are in the majority, they work with the enemy and get nothing done, oh how the libtards laugh!

Thanks justiceseeker93. Why shouldn’t they get to vote, they do have jobs that Americans won’t do, and get subsidized college educations, free healthcare, and help make other minorities look good?
