When you own the vehicle with which people make decisions you can mold those decisions into the outcome you desire. The vast majority of folks in this Nation never see what's posted on FR. They never have a chance to make a halfway informed decision. So sad.

Don your tinfoil and consider my theory on 2010 and the results last night. The 2010 election was not subject to massive vote fraud. They could not risk putting their plan to manipulate the electronic vote in 2010 because if they were discovered they would not be able to implement it to keep the imposter in office in ‘12. They saved the bigs guns for when it really mattered. We all heard stories about Romney votes magically changing to Obama votes and people reporting it and the machines be “recalibrated”. How many times did this happen and the voter didn’t catch it? More importantly, how easy would it be to program a computer to count something as opposite of what the voter intended, in other words, to count every Romney vote for Obama and vice versa? Could they have changed every straight Republican ticket to straight Demon? That would explain people like Warren being elected. I don’t know much about computers, but I do know that they are tools of man and if the man using the tool is smart, powerful, and devious all kinds of mischief can ensue. I believe that major mischief unfolded last night and we will pay the price for years to come.

You are correct, of course. I said that this election was a battle between the MSM and the new media. The MSM won this fight. Just barely.

The question is, will they now be able to have enough backing of the government to survive and prevent the new media from taking their place?

They will have to put controls on the new media for this to happen. I do not think this will work with a Republican congress, but maybe Barack will be able to just do it by decree, and the MSM will cheer!

Andrew Breitbart said that politics is downstream from culture, and so long as the left controls what kids hear in school and pop culture, conservatives are swimming upstream against a narrative that leaves people assuming they are racist, greedy, backward, selfish, and hate women and that's a huge handicap to overcome before anyone will even listen to what conservatives have to say. It's one of the big reasons why they spend so much time demonizing Rush Limbaugh and Fox News. They know if people actually sat down and listened to or watched them that they would hear the unfiltered conservative message, and they don't want that.

Sure you can. If you couldn’t then no GOP would have won an election in the last 50 years. 2 years ago we beat the MSM. To start the century we beat the MSM 3 elections in a row. What you can’t beat is yourself. When you run Romneycare against Obamacare you shouldn’t be surprised when a large quantity of people fail to see the point.
