Better off than four years ago? Hardly. Obama will have minimally two, likely three, SCOTUS picks this time around, replacing at least one conservative.

No... we are NOT “better off.”

This was for the whole shebang. We are not better off and our children have been sentenced to a lifetime of servitude to the state.

But are Republicans forcing recounts that could alter the elections outcome?
We know Obama’s regime won’t punish voter fraud.

how? my fixed income pockets are stretched to the max, reduced to level of heavy coupon use, buying more store brands that don’t taste as good, being told to buy more RX OTC which do not work as well are RX ones, no interest on small investment. Now we have another 8 years of this crap, cause it will take a new REAL conservative president to turn it around instead of the faux one the kool drinkers picked out after tearing the real conservatives apart. I’m sick of both parties.

The track record of "Conservative" President's SCOTUS picks is pretty dubious.

Reagan who was a true conservative chose Day-O'Connor and Kennedy who had their hiccups. Although to his credit when it really counted, Kennedy got it right on Obamacare.

Daddy Bush who was a Rockefeller Republican with a conservative tan chose David Souter.

And Daddy Bush's boy's first two picks were the traitor John Roberts and the boy's nanny Harriet Mears.

Of course, true conservatives like the ones on this forum had to throw a conniption fit for Daddy Bush's boy to redraw Mears nomination and come up with a real conservative in Alito.

The only difference between John Roberts and Soutamayor is WYSIWYG as opposed to that closet crossdresser John Roberts.

To think that Romney who was a Rockefeller Republican from Massachusetts would make real conservative picks is a conservative wet dream because that was the reason the Bushbots gave on this forum in 2004 for enthusiastically supporting their boy who was anything but conservative.Junior was always to be found in the political bed of his elitist snob buddy Teddy Kennedy at least on the big things like No Child Left Behind, Medicare prescription drugs and blanket amnesty not to mention the bailouts of that treacherous Goldman-Sachs crowd.

Four years ago, when King Barry was elected, Dingy Harry and Queen Nancy were unchecked.

Today at least we have Boehner and the House to keep Dingy Harry in check although I fear it is much like asking Curly to keep Moe and Larry honest.
