Dear friends,
We don’t serve men… we serve a God in heaven who knew the outcome of this presidential election before the first vote was cast. And we’re living in this particular time for a reason… God wouldn’t have put us here in this moment in history if He didn’t have a purpose for us.
God knows our hearts and He knows our strongest desire is to save His children from the sin of this nation, but God’s plan for us is not an easy road. If it were easy we wouldn’t have been forged in the fire for this great battle. We’ve been prepared for the days to come and we must be thankful. We need to rejoice because God is the victor – not a politician (Republican or Democrat).
How much sweeter is the victory when every path of escape, but God, has been closed off? When all hope is lost and our enemies surround us – that’s is when our eyes must turn toward heaven and remember where our salvation is assured.
God in heaven – eternal and undefeated.
The final vote will be cast by God – and His vote is the only one that matters.

Agreed. Things will be getting quite 'interesting' now.
He says “Come unto me all you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest”. The Lord probably has had a lot of requests tonight. Our hearts remain stay happy for we still have our salvation, which no one can take away from us!
Although we try to build the best earthly city we can we know that it isn't our everlasting one.
Thank you for this beautiful post. My heart is broken. We have once again made a bad choice. God knew what would happen. I wish I had been better prepared for the outcome. I had so hoped for this heaviness to be lifted from my heart. I will need to seek God more and more to have it lifted. My hope must be in Him and not in government. It just grieves me that we chose the wide path instead of the narrow. How sad for America and for Israel.
There is no “Rapture”!
There is Tribulation and there is the Second Coming of Christ.
I've been reading these threads for years...I have yet to see someone write that they are exempt from trials and tribulations...Wouldn't be making that up, would you???

Rapture is an invention of the 1800’s and is a complete fraud.
Your Bible doctrine is lacking but then it doesn’t really matter what you believe His Word will be fulfilled.
Just remember that Nations and Empires comes and go, but God and his people are forever. America was not and is not the last best hope for mankind, Jesus Christ is.

Perhaps you can site specific documentation of discussion of the “Rapture”, prior to 1800?
You don’t “argue with people like me”, because you have no factual references for your position.
Instead, you misrepresent events from the first century A.D. and project them in to some fantasy that denies the Second Coming of Christ, by injecting some non-Biblical “rapture”, into the equation.
The whole “caught up” nonsense, has the elite joining Christ, before the actual Second Coming ever occurs.
