How can 100% be counted? WA is all mail-in ballots, which only had to be postmarked by today?
>>Working on bad info, apparently. Secretary of State’s office didn’t show any returns for 6 counties until 15 minutes ago. As usual, King County (Seattle) makes the decision for the entire state. Take King County out of the equation, this initiative would have gone down in flames.
