Virginia has tightened up.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this happen.
The republican gets off to a big early lead when MOST of the state reports. The dem strongholds will seem to report LATE for whatever reason, sit back, and almost seem to ‘throw in’ as many votes as they need to make the dem the winner. The most recent glaring example of this was George Allen in 2006.
Looks like it’s happening again here.
Romney has already lost VA, and there are a handful of precincts out there in a couple of counties that will see to it......
Costa Rica is teetering on the edge of communism. My husband and I were living Costa Rica during their TLC vote ( free trade). TLC passed by a razor thin margin. I was **shocked** at the outright blatant communist propaganda that I read in the various newspapers.
Anyone who buys property or invests in Costa Rica is very foolish. It is fundamentally a third world nation, with little sense of rule of law, and property rights. It is a corrupt country peopled with corrupt people smeared with a **very** thin icing of tourist marketing. .
And, down goes George Allen... It’ll be Sen. Tim Kaine in Virginia.

This was it... there will be no next time. The republicans will excommunicate us... 24% of Americans are liberal... 34% are Conservative and 40% are dims that are ashamed to admit it so they call themselves moderates. Ohio just fell nd it is over... America as we knew her is dead.

We had a fantastic victory in 2010 and the party's first action was to fire the RNC chairman who presided over it (Never mind what you think he should have done, Mike Steele seems to have done whatever was the right thing then ~ maybe mostly getting out the way)
So, if you fire the winner, what do you do with the loser? I can think of doing a wide variety of things ~ firing is the least of it.
Thailand sounds alot better. I could live there on my military retirement check. Thailand here I come. I never thought I would live to see the day that the United States of America became socialist, but it’s all predicted in the Bible. We are in the end times. No doubt in my mind.

What a crazy world. I think the dems turning out young voters has really helped them, but this stuff goes in cycles. The sun will rise tomorrow and basically nothing changed. The GOP still controls the house and life goes on. Work hard and be blessed. Sad thing I guess is that a lot of people who voted for Obama are so dumb they don’t know, they actually voted against themselves.
They appear happy but over what ? My faith is in God alone surely not this gov’t. God will protect his own and I do believe that some good will come of this. What, not sure, but the word of God will protect and lead me. Truth is the last president I had much respect for was Reagan, and I was a young man then. I have never seen the rightous forsaken nor his seed begging bread. Every since Reagan they have all been in it for their own good and power.
Let’s face it Obama doesn’t run the country, big money does. Who also controls what the media does and who they promote.
I feel like I’m living a nightmare I can’t wake up from.
I’ve got to hold onto hope that this is all God’s plan ...
Time to prep, buy gold, and figure out what is really important in life, and who we can really trust, or want to include in our lives.

I came absolutely nothing. I’ve worked my way out of poverty and hell, now only to be going back to it. That’s what is worst of all, I think. My husband doesn’t understand ...as he’s never been poor.
