REPORT: Two Ohio Election Judges Removed for Allowing Unregistered Voters to Cast Ballots

Breitbart News has just received reports from citizen journalists in Ohio that two precinct election judges were removed by Hamilton County Director of Elections for allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots.

According to the individuals, one of those precinct election judges was removed as an election judge at Precinct 13d, located at the Pentecostal Church in Cincinnati. People who were not registered were allowed to illegally "same day register," meaning they were told to sign the voter book, after which they were given a regular ballot, not a provisional ballot. These people then voted and it was machine counted.

Observers did not know the exact number who were allowed to vote illegally but were told it was several dozen. The Romney/Ryan poll observer protested about the illegal activities at the site and was ignored.

The Romney/Ryan poll observer then reported the violations to the Hamilton County Board of Elections, which, apparently, had received several reports of similar violations from other polling locations. Subsequently, the aforementioned individual was removed as an election judge.

Heh. There is no word as to whether the illegally cast ballots will be counted.

This is a classic ‘Rat tactic. It is probably the number one manner in which ‘Rats vote twice.

There is no way to "uncount" them once the ballots are cast. If it was a provisional vote, then the votes could have been withdrawn.

In other words, they got away with it.

Need a law and meat behind it. First thing is to fire every poll worker regardless of party. Start fresh. Hire all new poll workers and make sure they are not over the age of 17.

And they only get one term doing it and they get school credit for civics.

That will stop the corruption.

Last time something similar to this happened in Cuyahoga County. We were told then the several thousand ballots would count as the “secrecy” of the ballot box was an issue.

re: regular vs provisional ballot — that’s how it is in FL, too. I was just hearing about a case in FL in which clearly a provisional ballot should have been given. If it had not been for a vocal poll worker, a regular ballot would have been given — and it would have counted.
