Voter fraud: People go to vote, ballots already cast in their names; Others vote more than once

Evidently, Aunt Joanne isn’t alone. Other Twitter users report a similar issue. They show up to vote and are told they have voted already.

The #fraud is a Twitter hash tag that allows for indexing of some sort. The claim is "My Aunt Joanne tried to vote for Romney in Pittsburgh, someone had already voted using her name for BO".

I'm no Twitter pro, but that'a how I read it.

You wouldn't know for sure for whom the earlier vote had been cast, but the chances that it was done to benefit a Republican candidate are virtually nil.

Maybe the only way to ensure no one else casts your vote is to show up for early voting on the first day it is allowed and vote then.

No BS back at ya... I understand that someone can vote for someone else... but no one can ever know who that vote was made for. Here is the tell:

Now you tell me how they can match any of those secret votes that remained sealed until all votes are counted... you tell me how anyone knows who that vote was made for. You do not sign your name to a ballot... not in America you don't.

I have been wondering about this.

You have a number on the sign in sheet. When you again sign the form, that number is referenced.

The voting machine records are sequential.

How hard would it be?

It would be impossible w/paper ballots and a pencil.

That’s odd - when I voted this morning there was an older lady with a cane on the phone to the County seat and the Registrar of Voters. She was not being allowed to vote because records showed she had already voted. She was very upset.

This was in Lyon County, NV - not a hotbed of voter fraud.

I don’t think so but it’s possible. Her daughter and grandson (they looked like they were anyway) were with her but who knows. Both the younger woman and the young man voted.
