I bought coal (and more BP) last week. A gamble worth taking.

I really appreciate what Romney has been saying on the stump about using more coal and domestic energy and allowing (promoting too) more drilling and exploration on federal lands.
I have seen two recent stump speeches on TV and was very impressed with Romney putting energy first in his jobs creation program. Plus he has a very good speaking style now, I wonder if he got some coaching (finally). He speaks in a light and positive way to bring in the babes. A bit breezy too.

This morning a talking head on the radio said that while Wall Street wanted Romney to win, they had priced an Obama victory into the market.
Who knows what to believe?

The four largest producers of coal as of 2010 are:
Wyoming (442,522 short tons, 3 Electoral votes)
West Virginia (135,220 ST, 8 EV) and Kentucky (104,960 ST, 5 EV)
Pennsylvania (58,593 ST, 21 EV).
In 2008, WY, WV, KY voted for McCain/Palin. PA voted for Beelzebub/Molech. The 2008 B/M vote in PA was concentrated in the east, not in the PA coal country.
FWIW.

I bought Alpha Natural Resources (ANR) last Friday. I think it’s movement predicts a Romney win.
