The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey plans to file an emergency petition asking a state Superior Court judge to intervene because of problems with e-mail voting in counties across the state.

Residents were also reporting problems in counties across the state via social media site such as Twitter and Facebook.

"You've got people who are trying to utilize this e-mail or fax voting capabilities the state has said they are entitled to," said Alexander Shalom, policy counsel for the ACLU. "The counties are so overwhelmed with these requests, they are not able to reply. People have e-mailed in requests to get ballots and they are not hearing back."

Thanks a lot CC. Who knows what kind of a mess you’ve gotten us into.

But then again judging from your past RINO behavior, maybe that’s what you wanted all along. Maybe you and Bloomie can have a glass of wine when this is all over.

This is a trail run for demanding the every citizen be personally contacted in order that they turn-in their vote. Very sneaky bastards knowing that the Republicans will let this slide as an issue and not get their lawyers to intervene or be on record opposed to this setting a precedent.

This country had damn well better start taking voting seriously. It’s a joke. You can take a library card or utility bill to the voting place as “ID.”
That’s only possible in a country that doesn’t like itself and has no self-esteem.

In an old fashioned court of law. This sudden allowance of email voting would be highly ILLEGAL. Even at a federal level. Simple as that. It is Illegal.
