Perfect example of too many lawyers with nothing to do so lets take a private organization to court so we can make a name for ourselves and get higher rates.
Your comment confuses me. The only entity taken to court was a public university. The only entity called to accountability was an office of the same public university. The only private entity was the student organization attempting to write a constitution that requires the officers to affirm their faith.
