States like Colorado, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Florida that will play an essential role in deciding the future of the nation on Tuesday should be aware of the potentially inevitable consequences of their vote on the basis of the issue of health insurance.

The Affordable Care Act of 2010 (aka “Obamacare”), the healthcare law that is arguably Barack Obama’s single worst and yet biggest accomplishment as President of the United States, will have disastrous effects on many of the very states that he is desperately hoping to win in order to stay in office. From higher premiums to providers refusing to accept Medicare patients, swing state voters should do their homework before casting their votes.

When Obamacare passed there were like 60% something against it. Why is this not showing in the polling?

Still showing 55% against. Ticked up during the election as the issue surfaced back to the top.

Makes no sense that those people are voting for Obama. As several have stated, all the anecdotal evidence, polling details and campaign behaviors show a decisive Romney win. Yet,the polls show this tight race. We win on all the key issues, we win on enthusiasm, independents. Yet somehow. We are supposedly losing. I guess we will know if there is any truth to that in about 12 hours.

Constitutional Amendment 1 on the FL ballot is a single finger salute to Hussein and his rats. It doesn't attempt to repeal Obamacare, but renders it ineffective. There is no way it could stand a constitutional challenge, but I like the defiance. It may assist in drawing Obamacare opponents to the polls who will be unlikely to reelect the Obama-drone cr@p weasel Bill Nelson to the Senate.
