He is a Republican Secretary of State. It seems that everyone is against the touchscreen only voting. Why do we have it? After this election we should dump everyone of those machines to the bottom of the ocean. It seems optical scan is a perfectly viable method. It creates a written record, allows for automation of the counting process, and the ballots are available for later audit/inspection/recount.
