The co-chairman of the Ohio Green Party and editor of FreePress.org, Bob Fitrakis, on Monday filed a federal lawsuit over software that was allegedly installed on central vote tabulation machines in 39 Ohio counties without being tested or certified for use, as required by state law. …

We always ask for a paper ballot.
What software updates could possibly be needed? I write software for a living both to control large machinery, and for human use. The stuff I write is infinitely more complex than a voting machine. I could write a voting machine program in an hour, it is the simplest of interfaces, and a 5 year old can make it count votes.
And the hour part is to make it pretty. The functionality part could be done in 10 minutes.
I am guessing that those ballots are circles you pencil in or some such thing.
If you read the article- this is about those ballots. There is a machine that counts them. This software was installed on those machines. It has nothing to do with touch screen machines as far as I can tell.
This could be how O pulls it off. Every 10th vote for Romney gets counted for Obama or some such thing. Demand a hand re-count of the ballots.

Ok I should have read the whole article before as I just did. Now I am not sure what kind of machine they are talking about. But what they did is very troubling. These machines should be confiscated and the software thoroughly examined for any hocus pocus.
What kind of country do we live in now where a flashdrive is used to manually transfer votes to the state. Think about the possibilities of fraud in that alone. How about a Swap with one in someones pocket.
It like Lenin used to say, power isn't held by those who vote - its held by those who count the votes.
All the Left thugs need do is place some innocuous patch that changes small percentages of the votes and they continue to Rule.
BTW, the only thing an electronic voting machine should be allowed to do is produce a PAPER BALLOT, which is then counted separately.
If that little bit of a way to commit fraud bothers you, listen to what this lady can tell you.
I have listened to Bev Harris, long-time vote fraud expert and investigator - on CtoC a few times and all the things she has explained about voting and fraud - has about made me ready to give up - ALL the (possible) vote fraud methods going on - in countless ways.

That should be VERY illegal.
He is a Republican Secretary of State. It seems that everyone is against the touchscreen only voting. Why do we have it? After this election we should dump everyone of those machines to the bottom of the ocean. It seems optical scan is a perfectly viable method. It creates a written record, allows for automation of the counting process, and the ballots are available for later audit/inspection/recount.
OMG, a whole counties worth of data loaded to a thumb drive for transport? I am sure that there is no way something that small could get swapped for another thumb drive that’s preloaded with whatever data counts you need to steal an election. I throw the damn flag on this.

I heard on CoasttoCoastAM - Sept 11,2012 ,1st hour - Bev Harris, who is an expert on voting and fraud. She has a book: Black Box Voting - Ballot Tampering in the 21st Century. Apparently she has blogs and articles also. Citizen’s Tool Kit - www.blackboxvoting.ORG - people can put things there, blogs, pics etc.
She explains how ballots will be counted - electronically, and announced by the MIDDLEMAN. The counts go directly to the soros-owned company in Tampa, who announces the counts. This service is used now by 900 locations and soon 1200, of 3000 nationwide - 26 states. Including the largest ones.
She says what we can do and NEED TO DO is to TAKE A PICTURE of the COUNTS on the paper from the machine after the voting is over, the poll tapes - immediately, and that is before it is sent to soros, ie. before it goes to the middle man. This is how the public can authenticate the vote. It wont be done by the local place.
The idea is to catch them - maybe not every time - but just enough to prove there is fraud going on. The poll tape numbers that citizens can photo need to match the SOE numbers. Finding when they do not, citizens should go to social media with that info. NOT the LSM.
Her people have found that the poll tapes and the announced vote SOMETIMES are DIFFERENT. She goes on to explain what the citizen should do with any info that shows each vote tabulation does not match. Showing the middleman is altering votes.
There is a lot of interesting info/facts from her - eye opening. Some pts:
- the company, SOE, owned by Sitl?-soros, puts out the votes even before the location/county certifies them; ie. it goes to the middleman first, later the county - and adjust them as necessary. hmmm - we do not know who owns the company - it is private. When discovered, they move countries. - in 2009 Germany, followed by Ireland and Netherlands, realized the electronic voting is not constitutional hiding the vote from the public, and banned it - they couldnt GIVE away the machines. -they make up stories in order to use lies to shoot down any TRUE story that makes them look bad -she will not vote by mail - open to privacy issues etc. Gives the person a barcode. They have databases of how we vote
This smells. You do a pilot as a pilot, not during live production of an election. WTH is wrong with Husted???
