President Obama’s big rally tonight turned out to be just like his first, opening salvo of the 2012 campaign: a half-empty arena in Ohio. According toRealClearPolitics’ Scott Conroy, there were “empty seats scattered around the upper-level of Nationwide Arena … Four years ago, after all, Obama was easily filling venues larger than that …” The event even featured Bruce Springsteen and Jay-Z, and Obama still couldn’t fill it out.
As it turns out, the empty seats didn’t look exactly “scattered.” They looked like substantial portions of the upper bowl of the arena, according to photos tweeted by those in attendance:

The ending “Obama” campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa is also a bust, Bruce Springstein, included!!! The audience of Obamabots assembled there, had all the energy of a dead fish!!! Joe Biden and Bill Clinton today were both major busts. No crowds, no energy, no gusto, no emotion, no passion!!!

I watched very little of Moochelle speaking in Iowa. They never showed the crowd. The few times she got applause it indicated a very small crowd. I don’t think there could have been more than a thousand. If that many.
And she looked very depressed.
I’ve been there many times to watch the Blue Jackets. Nice arena but even as bad as the Jackets are, they draw way better than this.
can i say this? republicans are know for not taking revenge after a win, contrasting us with the democrats who are nasty and vindictive.
