Win or lose, Romney gets my vote and salute (vanity)
Self

Posted on 11/05/2012 7:55:52 PM PST by indianrightwinger

He conducted himself with class and since the debates, made a strong case for conservative principles on economic issues. Best of all, he made it a real race. I already voted for him. Tonight, I want to salute him for the classy campaign he ran and made a lot of us proud.

Thank you Mr. Romney. We hope to call you Mr. President. In the unlikely and unfortunate event we can't, at least this FReeper will remember you as the one who took on Obama and came razor close to defeating him.

I concur completely...Mr. Romney is all class and heart, not to mention brains. He will be a great American President! God Bless Mitt Romney and all Americans who vote for him...God bust the legs of those who will vote against him so they cannot make it to the polling places.

Self, you’ve spoken with wisdom. I would hope that he being our leader, we’d all reflect his grace and character. If he does win, the winners need to be kind and full of the class you’re talking about. I hope America can unite again, and stop this polarization and vitriolic hatred. I’m not going to be out in the streets screaming I TOLD YOU SO. It’s time to show true American political strength and work together to fix things that are broken.

Hear, hear!

I have respect for President Mitt Romney and his wife.

For Barack Obama, I have nothing.

I don’t think Byron York, George Will, Charles Krauthammer,
Bill Krystal get it.. they are part of the problem If you ask me. They live too close to Washington and appear to be too worried about staying on the guest lists of their liberal friends. Huricane Sandy was not a gift to Obama. How so? Who chenged their mind in Iowa or Wisconsin based on Obama getting a photo op in N.J.? Ridiculous.

My family has voted for Romney.

We don’t believe in following a loser.

I've never been confident on election eve, even in 1984.

I think Romney is winning this in a rout. Right this second I'm not even anxious, except to go vote, knowing the future of the nation literally depends on a Romney win.

Romney has run an excellent campaign. He was also excellent in the debates. he is gonna cross the finish line running continuing to campaign throughout election day. I was not a romney guy and he is not as conservative as I am but he is a good man that loves his country, his family and his God and I will enthusiastically vote for him tomorrow.

I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

Romney will win tomorrow, content of character will prevail.

God Bless America.

Bingo. Romney did as good a job as possible. He left nothing on the table.

Surprised as I am to say this, Mitt has not disappointed me yet. However, after tomorrow’s victory, he’ll have the next four years to do so. Or, who knows, maybe he’ll surprise me again....

I agree. He was my last choice, but he ran a good campaign, and will make a good president. I still feel we will have to hold his feet to the fire on occasion, but it will be much better than an Obama second term.
