I drove from Peachtree City GA (south of Atlanta) to Annapolis MD last Thursday and came back yesterday. 1350 miles and two swing states - 17 Obama stickers the whole way. 80% were middle aged white women (coexist stickers) and only two were black.
There seems to be an increasingly large swath of these old maid types everywhere I go. They may be divorcees, empty nesters, widows, or proper old maids i.e. those who never married.
When you hear ridiculous, illogical, emotional arguments in politics and think 'Who would believe that?' you have your answer in the form of the Coexist Spinsters. Some of them go off the deep end and become Code Pinkers.
They are the kind who believe that Clarence Thomas was an evil sexual harrasser but Bill Clinton's actions were just about sex and not worth the legal hassles. Besides, he supported abortion on demand.
In addition to Obama and Coexisting, they usually have stickers with references to cats, dogs, or art festivals.
Ambassador Stevens et al attempted to Coexist in Benghazi with the grim result evident to all except these smug Obama voters.
