Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 04, 2012 Mobotory today announced the availability of VoteStand, a voter fraud reporting App. The free App, which allows registered users to report instances of suspected voter fraud, is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and through Google Play for Android.
