Everything is warrant-less, never mind the Constitution. (NOTE last weeks court case authorizing planting cameras on private property w/o a warrant.)
My forebear was James Wilson, signer of several founding documents and I swear as his descendant I will never accept the 'new normal' EVER.
Nor will I let our founders and countless soldiers sacrifice be for nothing.
I pray there are enough 3%-ers in this nation to stand up to this new tyranny.
...the “new norm” is a socialist phrase to have you accept things as THEY want you to....ANY politician who uses that as a talking point needs to be challenged. Ask them what he thinks of the CONSTITUTION and why he does not live up to his oath.

The tea party response is the result of history repeating itself. Original founder grievances with commentary:
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands: think Arizona.
He has obstructed the administration of justice: could’ve been written about Holder. Ignored law giving legal and contractual presence to bond holders in a controlled bankruptcy in favor of unions. Stonewalled congress on Fast and Furious murders.
He has made judges dependent on his will alone: justice liberal litmus test especially on abortion.
He has erected a multitude of new offices: Czars, anyone?
and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people: TSA
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws: UN, coalition approval to go to war without consent of Congress
giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation: Obamacare
For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world: stopped drilling in gulf, stopped pipeline
For imposing taxes on us without our consent: again, Obamacare, especially forcing citizens to directly fund by taxes and penalties things against their conscience, no budget and illegal deficit spending with no budget, taxation without representation essentially
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people: again, illegal prevention of gulf drilling even when court orders otherwise, withheld federal aid to Nashville disaster area and Texas fire damage - disbursing federal aid and funds based on political favoritism
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation: all in for Planned Parenthood and abortion business.
He has excited domestic insurrections among us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless... savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions: “hit back hard”, “don’t bring a knife to a gun fight”, encouraging OWS, “protests”, violence, riots, and insurrection.
In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury: claims to listen to both parties but ignores all appeals outside of his ideological views.

I have often thought of the parallels between the present and our founding.
They are buying ammo at an unprecedented rate, but I think they have erred in their calculations regarding the resolve of Americans when our basic freedom is threatened.
Just because we have lived in relative luxury (compared to preceding generations) and grown a little soft doesn't mean we are like them.
There is still a steel spine underneath.
There remains a burning desire to be free and do what we think is right.
They think they have trained an army of our own sons in the Middle East to fight house to house and root us out when they give the command.
How very foolish of them.
