For a long time, intrepid critics of Barack Obama have described him, accurately, as a pathological liar. The Benghazi affair must force even the most circumspect among us to recognize that the problem is even more serious: the president of the United States has no conscience.
Most men do bad things during their lives. But most men know when they are doing a bad thing, and, more importantly, they feel bad about it. This is why, for most of us, bad behavior has its limits. There is a point beyond which we simply will not go, even for a greatly desired advantage. Our minds will not let us do it. We say things like "I couldn't live with myself if I did that."
This principle seems to extend very far down through the depths of human weakness, even to the actions of criminals. A "crime of passion" is so named in part because we presume that the criminal, had he not been momentarily overruled by a violent emotion, would have stopped himself short of committing the crime. This conception also implies that once the violent emotion has passed, the criminal will feel remorse, and probably also shame.
If a sane man lacks this capacity for stopping or rebuking himself -- not merely in a moment of extreme passion, but in calm moments, in long-anticipated situations, or in prepared statements -- then we say he has no conscience. Barack Obama has long been a candidate for inclusion in the category of the conscienceless. Benghazi seals his fate.

I will go even farther and say that anyone who votes for Obama has no conscience either.
CBA is the key to understanding the lack of a rescue in Benghazi, except for the CIA assets that were already "in country" and not kept out by no CBA.

Anyone paying attention knows that he has no conscience. The constant lies. The coverup of all records of his past.
Maybe the media and the liberals could ignore the lying and the lack of transparency. Maybe they could even ignore Fast and Furious.
Benghazi was just too big to sweep under the rug.
They try though...every day. And every day there us a different story with a different timeline, different excuses for the lack of response, and we still haven’t gotten an answer to whether obama was even in the situation room or not.
Narcissists sociopaths lack empathy for others.
People in media generally have no conscience either — or they believe the means justifies the end, which is pretty much the same thing. Indeed, the whole Saul Alinsky approach is based on this and was learned by Alinsky from closely watching the behavior or people in organized crime. Ruthlessness is really at the heart of today’s liberals, who are simply Communists and tyrants posing as something less.
A true marxist has no principles. There is no right or wrong, only what makes you win.

This statement supports the idea that it was on Obama’s agenda to start a war with the Arab Street once the Election was over.
All Obama has to do is:
1.) run out the clock until he is re-elected by White-Guilt Liberals;
2.) hand the reins of policy over to Valarie Jarrett;
and 3.) hit the golf links for the next 4 years.
