Trying to come up with a rational reason for why he'd pay out early. It says he is legendary for early payouts, I suppose he has a business model where he pays off early as a means to attract business and accepts that occasionally he'll take a loss, considering it a sort of advertising cost. If I had to place a bet and I could choose a bookie that might just pay me even if I lose, I would. He'd get all my business.

Perhaps he's doing this election stung knowing that it's an even bet (based on the polls) and that it will surely generate lots of press. Or he's drunk. Could go either way.

I saw the info re Vegas on my Twitter feed and they gave a name but I can’t recall. Should pop up in a Google search though. Good luck.
