Having met up with black bears in the great outdoors, no bear that I have seen stand up to look around, has appeared that broad shouldered.

Have not read the rest of the replies so please excuse me if this has already been suggested, but, it might just be a bear running off with an animal limb in it jaws. Just playing devils advocate, but I must say that it does give me the willies when I see it.

You didn’t look at the frames I suggested. Or you have deformed bears in the northeast.

It moves and maintains that appearance through several frames regardless of the foreground clutter.

I looked very carefully at the 34 second mark over and over again. I saw, unmistakably, the bears left forepaw lift briefly. It looks like the four bears I’ve seen in New England and two in the west.

Thanks ApplegateRanch. Nope, perhaps I should have taken it over, I can't remember if I was offered it or not. And it looks like perhaps it may even be a bear answering the age old question about bears in the woods.

The guys doing the taping may have inadvertently done just what we always ask if bears do in the woods.

Seriously, it is a bear. What looks like an arm is bear body broken up by leaves in front of it. Pause the video and look closely.
