Wow, I guess it was pretty costly to get Obama to open the floodgates of FEMA.

I don’t get it. If people live in an area where they have electricity to fax or email, why can’t they get to their polling places? For the really hard-hit places like Staten Island, it would seem more sensible to send some mobile polling vans to those areas.
