Mofaz: Third Intifada if No Peace Deal

Chairman Shaul Mofaz of the Kadima party said, Sunday evening, that it was possible to reach a peace agreement with the Palestinian Authority. Addressing the forum of deputy mayors, the former defense minister said, "If we do not reach reach an agreement during this period, we will reach a third intifada [Arab uprising -ed.]."

Yes, that's exactly what happened before the Second Intifada. If only Ehud Barak had offered sweeping enough concessions, Arafat would have gladly accepted, and we would have had true piece./sarc

Start rounding up the ones participating and thrown them across the boarder. Treason and insurrection should not be tolerated. After all, it’s not like Israel will get treated any worse by the “international community”.

As Romney said in the debate, we probably have to accept that there probably is no “deal” possible. In that case, you watch them carefully, and manage them as a constant threat.

It’s childish to think a deal can be made with them. How can a deal be made with someone who will not give up the goal of your utter destruction?

And last, no matter what historical grievances the palestinians may or may not have, it no longer matters. Their four decades of lunacy and murderous behavior has made them forfeit any case they ever may have had.
