CA will never have enough money to educate and feed Mexico’s children.

Is there a Plan B for the state budget if California's Proposition 30 fails?

Most of the people I have talked to, do not want to vote themselves a hefty tax increase. I surely do not.

Moonbeam (third time is a charm) is plan B.

Truth is, it is a lousy plan.

So “some education officials” think that Brown can wiggle out of this by assuming that more tax money will come in? Wow. What are they basing that assumption on? Any rational person looking at California would have to think money from state taxes is going to decline as more businesses leave the state. Oh.....they’re betting on that choom tax. That’s where you smoke some choom and suddenly everything seems more mellow and all the people will be cool with raising their taxes. Choom for all!!!

Plan B:

1. Fire all but a few of the administrators
2. Cram the students into as few buildings as possible and sell/lease the empty "edifices to ego" to private industry
3. Eliminate all remedial courses at the college level and force students who aren't ready back to junior colleges
4. etc.

Pass Proposition 30 or schools will suffer early shutdowns and college students will pay higher tuition.

Who gives a damn. The school system has been and always will be pumping out little liberal communist Democrats anyway. As long as we have Democrats running California there is no hope for this State.

Plan A is a federal bailout. There is no plan B.

Everything else is theater.

Fire 90% of school administrators and eliminate all their fringe benefits.

Make it when I went to school in the 40s where the minimum class size was 43 and if smaller was combined with another class.

maintain absolute discipline in the classroom with spanking suspension and failing grades which would eliminate the need for at least half of the so called teachers!

Hmm, so you mean the democrats were lying and blackmailing the citizens of California? Well, people get what they deserve - just keep voting California off a cliff.

Not one damn person in ALL OF THE MEDIA has ever bothered to ask the most basic question::

If enrollment in our Public Schools is going DOWN by between 5% and 10% Annually, WHY DO THEY NEED MORE MONEY??

In other words We have fewer Students than last year, and last year had fewer than the previos year, ( for about 10 years now) WHY DO THEY NEED MORE MONEY?
