11% here, 26% there, another 30-40% anywhere. The other shoe falls.
That’s an interesting series of articles on the cost of Obamacare for those who pay their own bills.
I’ve been hearing this ever since Obamacare was enacted so I was very surprised when our insurance actually went down 10% starting next month. We’ve been buying our own health insurance since 1999, either through our business or on our own and this is the 1st time it’s ever gone down. It’s always gone up anywhere from 8-25%. Our agent told us it’s because the Insurance companies are trying to keep their customers and keep them from going to the government plan. I guess we’ll see what happens in the coming year.
Well mine has gone up $60 a mnth since they started talking Obamacare and I have no clue how much hubby’s has gone up but I would guesstimate that we are out an extra almost $2 k a year.
