New Jersey residents displaced by Hurricane Sandy will be able to vote in the election on Tuesday through e-mail or fax.

I do not have access to NY Times. If someone can provide a link? This came through on Twitter via "BREAKING NEWS"

The WaPo is confirming it now. If true, a new frontier of fraud has been opened.

Now posted on NJ Division of Elections site. Designating such voters as “overseas voters” for legal purposes.

...and Election Law allows this just how exactly?

NJ is for Obama, but you just know if this is allowed and somehow Romney won, the Democrats would freak and lose their “count every vote” chant.

I have no power, but a generator helps. They were holding early voting - at a single location per county. 650,000 people live in Monmouth County, with probably half of them without power, and a single early voting location. Unbelievable.
