NMB Research conducted a statewide survey of 500 likely voters in Minnesota from October 30-31, 2012. Twenty percent (20%) of the interviews were conducted with cell phone respondents.

Ah, there's where they made their mistake. They only contacted likely voters who could be reached by phone. They forgot to include the 10 percent of Minnesota voters who can only be contacted by Ouija board and who always vote a straight Democratic party ticket.
