Michigan
If one of them was in trouble and needed a cop, I would tell him I couldn’t help. Not union.
If one of them had a house on fire and the firemen weren’t there yet, I would tell him I couldn’t help. Not union.
I could go on and on.
Here’s a free tagline: “I don’t help union people with anything. I’m not union.”
At the grocery checkout today the cashier asked me if I wanted to donate a dollar for hurricane relief.
Nope, those people can freeze in the dark as far as I care. After all, they’ve got their union to keep them warm.
you got it right! my sig proves it!
I once asked someone from Long Guyland about these unions and his participation in them He said:”If dey tell me ta go hit someone over de head wit a lead pipe, I do it, because if I don’t, someone’ll do it ta me.”
Can't fathom why anyone would make the effort. |
They chose to cavort behind enemy lines and they chose not to prepare. |
The people should round up the union officials and render some street justice.
lol! uz fellez haz gotta stik tagedder.
The Canadian route was also an option.
Story pulled or linky no working
I’m thinking if they were there they would’ve called FEMA or NY government while onsite.
I work with a guy that used to work in a place that was heavily unionized. A lightbulb went out in his office, and he came within an eyelash of getting fired for changing it himself. A union guy saw him doing it and reported him to whatever union their plant electricians belong to.....
I didn’t think you were really serious so had to google it. Yep sure enough...
The NYPD is the only people we want on the street with guns.
Really Bloomberg? How about you and your NYPD handle the disaster recovery your damned selves.
I never noticed the similarity of the SEIU logo with the Islamic
crescent. Until now.
“responsible government” is on a par with jumbo shrimp and military intelligence.
as Ronaldus Magnus put it: “The nine most-dreaded words in the English language are ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help’ “...
Those were my thoughts exactly. I am afraid that those huddled in their cold homes and no food or gas will not hear about this. Remember obama told them they would be taken care of and that he would cut ALL red tape.
I have a friend who lives in Hempstead, NY. About 10 miles from Breezy Point, Long Beach, and Rockaway - where they got whacked the hardest. He has power back, but those people don't. He says that a lot of people are P.O'd with FEMA's pathetic response. No food, no water, no power, no heat, no gas, etc. He says that those who voted DEM early now wish they could change their vote. Others say they will vote GOP on election day as a protest. They know it won't change the outcome, but they want the spread to be abnormally smaller than it usually is ...
Con Edison? Wasn’t that company owned by Bill Ayers’ daddy?
