Obama won't be out of the White House until noon on January 20th, 2013. I'm sure he has GREAT PLANS for his last days.
To paraphrase Revelation: When his time is cut short, he will be filled with great wrath.
Besides my ultimate end-of-the-Mayan-calender nightmare scenario:
On Dec 21, 2012, Obama will have had a little over a month to stew in his humiliating, crushing and unexpected defeat at the hands of the American people.He’ll still be Commander in Chief.
He’ll still have the nuclear ‘football’. Just sitting there. Staring at him. Taunting him. Daring him. Double-eaten-dog daring him…
Here's my Bullet List of Obama's things to do in the Last Days:
• Pardon all Gitmo "political" prisoners
• Release the Blind Sheik
• Declare all US lands with energy resources under them to be UN World Heritage Sites.
• Release the names, addresses and phone numbers of anyone, anywhere who has ever provided any intel to any American agent or agency.
• Declare all US patents and copyrights null and void (Based on their recent comments, FReepers TheZMan, GraceG; Utmost Certainty; muawiyah; Boogieman; publius911; SandwicheGuy; and especially gunslinger3 think this would be a terrific idea)
• Pardon all illegal aliens
• Allow anyone from any islamist country immediate unrestricted immigration to the US as a 'refugee", forbid background checks, grant them 5 years tax free status and a generous government stipend "to get their feet on the ground".
• Pardon everyone in his administration of all crimes they may have committed in the course of carrying out their mission.
• Create "The Office of the Former President"
And then, when January 20th finally arrives, and he's "safely" out of office:

Most of anything else that Obama can do can be reversed if the Republicans hold the House (almost certain) and retake the Senate (50/50 at best).

Yep, it’s a long time between Nov. 6, 2012, and Jan. 20, 2013. A lot can happen during that time period. I expect lots of presidential pardons, similar to Bill Clinton’s extensive pardoning in his final hours. I expect lots of executive orders while he still has power.
Obama will be set for life, financially, as he hits the lecture circuit, and rakes in the cash. He will give speeches about how his perceived failures as president were due to Republicans blocking his efforts to transform America into a liberal socialist paradise.
Who knows, he may blame Limbaugh and Hannity and talk radio, for poisoning the well on political discourse. From the liberal point of view, people such as Hannity and Limbaugh and Mark Levin should be censored.

Presuming that he doesn't suffer a complete mental breakdown requiring institutionalization, whatever he does will surely involve revenge. Lots and lots of revenge. And pardons. Lots and lots of pardons.
And above all else, the casting of blame anywhere but upon himself.
A major undeniable and unmistakeable mental breakdown or an immediately disabling aneurysm followed by a temporary Biden presidency might be what it would take to save our country from his wrath.
Not that I would wish either on even him, of course.
