When you drift over toward the Trinity CofC crowd it takes a different tack and becomes a tad more bitter ~ I think more to justify engaging in bill collecting from poor black people in Chicago ~ place is full of lawyers sharpening their street cred.
I've heard that expression tossed around for years in a variety of ways ~ BUT I don't recall anyone ever saying that "voting is the best revenge".
Maybe it is ~ maybe it isn't ~ but notice what the focus is on in this thread ~ to wit: "REVENGE".
The content of that revenge has not been discussed yet that's the part where the entertainment comes from.

I believe that the Duchess of Windsor (Wallis Simpson, the divorced American married to the once King of England, before he stepped down, making his brother George the King, who fathered Elizabeth, now Queen) that was in regard to people not wishing you well.
The fact that those words slipped out of Obama's mouth, inferred quite a different meaning - that "his people" should vote to keep "whitey" out of power, to keep him in charge, so that he can keep on "sticking it to the man" each and every day, as he has been since Jan. 20th, 2009, as "revenge" for them!
Those words and phrases are straight out of the playbook of Karl Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao and every other revolutionary since time immemorial.
The only difference between them is that they wouldn't wait for revenge through an election, they'd force one through a revolution! I'm not certain that Obama and his ilk wouldn't dismiss just that we're he to lose power, especially by much of a squeaker.
That's why this election should be a landslide to let him know that he'd best not be thinking that he can hold on to power, as I'm certain he thinks would be warranted.
I have no doubt every game of golf, "vacation to the Taj Mahal" or thousands of dollars for items of clothes are just their way of "getting revenge" on white people both Obama's believe owe it to them.
