New Romney TV Ad: Revenge or Love of Country
MittRomney.com ^ | Saturday, November 3, 2012

We each have our own reasons for voting. President Obama said voting is the best revenge. Mitt Romney asked supporters to vote for love of country. This Tuesday, what will be your reason for voting?

What intrigues me is Obama’s speech closing:

“We’ll win this election. We’ll renew those bonds that tie us together as a people. We’ll reaffirm that spirit that makes the United States of America the greatest nation on Earth.”

renew those bonds? Really? I’m supposed to support people that consider me the enemy? (2010 Obama told Latino audience to ‘punish the enemy’ at the polls)
Just say ‘No’ to this toltalitarian crew.

Dear djpg,

“Great ad. I hope it turns things around.”

We're winning. We don't need things to be “turned around.”

“But if body language tell us anything, Romney’s wife and the woman standing to his right (not visible in this picture) have despondent expressions as if they have given up.”

What a load of concern troll bullshit.

If anything, she looks like she finds it difficult to listen to the report of the Kenyan’s perfidy, she looks like it pains her to hear this latest outrage by the anti-Christ. But to the degree you can see her face, there is clearly fierce determination.

Don't drink the liberal kool-aid.

Mostly Ann Romney was cold. It was freezing at the Cincinnati rally last night.

My read of the body language over the past 3 days is that Romney is optimistic and Obama is rattled.

This is a very devastating ad. Shows Obama’s bitter and resentful negativism in marked contrast to Mitt’s commitment to country. Great speech by Mitt last night.

Ridiculous. Don’t see that at all. If Romney were desperate he wouldn’t be giving uplifting positive speeches. He’d be swinging for the fences with smaller topics. OH might be close, but he’s made the calculation that his closing argument should be affirmative and unifying. I see confidence.

Why is he being so angry and divisive?
*****
That’s what Obama is to his core. The very essence of him.

Heard that line last night and ever since then I’ve been wanting to see that as an ad!! Way to go, Mitt and Co. Run it, run it, run it.

Not only is Mitt’s response classy and matyure, Zero doesn’t seem to realize he’s the one who has been doing the damage and who will suffer from revenge votes like the one I will be casting in a couple days. In NH, they interrupted Mitt with chants of “Three more days” and he didn’t have to give a pregnant pause or have someone wave a sign to cue the people in when he said something praiseworthy...

My assessment is that your assessment is ludicrous.

You read it wrong. It was really cold there, close to the end of the speech and she was not at all subdued when you look at the same scene when looking at the full coverage of the speech. Immediately after his remark Ann and Janna cheered and applauded with full smiles along with the crowd as it was an electric moment. I don’t think that either were expecting that line and why wouldn’t anyone have a scowl on their face when referencing something that Barry had to say, especially something as downright stupid and hateful to refer to voting as revenge.

Barry always telegraphs what he feels and he is the one full of hate desiring revenge.

Just looking at each of them in that ad and it is clear they both know that Romney will be the President Elect before the polls close in Hawaii.

I thin she had a serious look on her face. Revenge? That is not a laughable comment.

Haven't seen any Romney ads here in Kentucky but I did see an ad for Zero on the History Channel this morning. It featured Colin Powell telling everyone what a great job Zero has done. It energized me to go to Republican headquarters again this afternoon for another round of GOTV.

Are the Repubs like survivor? Can we vote him off the "Island"?

Perfect - That’s the only ad they should run from now through Tuesday. It’s all right there.

Romney is Reaganesque! Great ad, and yes, should be blitzed for the next 3 days.

Article in the Dallas Morning News today that BO is not planning on working with the Republicans if he wins. Mitt needs to point this out.
