I ran across this on FB yesterday, and honestly I’m LIVID. This man exposed himself to CHILDREN as young as SIX YEARS OLD!!! What he did is CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT! A 45-year-old exposing male genitalia to underage female children is one of the textbook definitions of Child Sexual Abuse! And, the DA says he isn’t going to prosecute because the law is “very vague” in this area??? Excuse me WHAT? It’s a REGISTERABLE sex offense in EVERY OTHER SITUATION. Just because one THINKS, believes, or “feels” like a woman doesn’t mean you ARE ONE!
These people are INSANE - and frankly, I don’t know many LGBT people who would agree that this is OK either. If they do they need serious help - and that’s not an opinion that’s a fact... ask any psychologist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional (except maybe those at this college or at Berkeley obviously).
Sorry to rant... Words can’t adequately express how much this revolts me. As a survivor myself, I’m HORRIFIED by the implications of this. How could one tell the difference between a pedophile and someone claiming to be transgender? Should we make transgender people have special id cards - as if that would make it OK anyway???
ARRGH! This is not a matter of tolerance, it’s a matter of protection of the innocent. And, it’s NOT a matter of discrimination to prevent someone from committing a crime! And, the audacity of this man to even suggest that his “right” to expose himself to underage females in some way compares to the Civil Rights struggles of blacks absolutely astounds me. This guy either belongs in jail, or in an asylum - take your pick. He does NOT however deserve to be out walking the streets, and especially not in a girls’ locker room NAKED, sprawled out for everyone to see!

It really is quite disturbing, so if you’re sensitive, or a survivor like me - take this as a “trigger warning” and don’t read the comments at the link, and if you can get past the fact that they are defending a child abuser it’s actually rather amusing in a way - just the fact that someone could spout the stuff Mr/Ms Bagel does is whacked out, that they are apparently from Berkeley is not surprising.
