The citys problem-plagued Board of Elections needs to relocate some 80 polling places because of Hurricane Sandy but isnt saying which ones.
Weve asked for lists of where they think theyre going to have problems, Mayor Bloomberg said Friday. Theyve yet to come up with those lists.
With the presidential election coming Tuesday, the board needs to scramble for supplies such as tents and generators and should ask the city for help, said City Councilwoman Gale Brewer (D-Manhattan).

wouldn’t be great if Romney won NY?
Maybe they could relocate the Staten Island polling places to Ohio. :-)
I hope they have to use paper ballots like the army trucks will be using.
Lets start a grass roots effort to show America that we plan on voting:
From now until election day:
If you support Mitt Romney drive with your headlights ON during the day.
If you support Barack Obama, please drive with your headlights OFF at night.
Together, we can make it happen. Pass this along to everyone you know.
I am telling everyone I know that due to the storm that Romney supporters vote on Tuesday and that Obamanation supporters vote on Wednesday.
Sadly NY is not a battlegorund state and it will go the way of the wind like it always does so thier is no benefit to cheating thier. Same is possible for NJ. Sorry ZERO!
I am praying that the polling places in Obama land are closed and that it freaking rains cats, dogs and toads so anyone else remotely thinking about voting for Obama stays the frig home.
