Romney ahead of Obama in Pennsylvania by Four Posted on November 2, 2012 by eriecogop

Susquehanna Polling and Research results for Pennsylvania released today shows Mitt Romney leading President Obama 49% to 45% among 1376 likely voters. Two percent are undecided and 3% are for other candidates.

In the same sample Republican Tom Smith leads Senator Casey by two percentage points in the race for the United States Senate seat from Pennsylvania. Smith is at 48% to Casey’s 46% according to this poll.

Diana Irey Vaughan (R) is tied with McCord at 45% each, David Freed(R) trails Kane by 45% to 47% and Maher(R) leads DePasuale 45% to 44%.

This poll shows the highly competitive nature of all statewide races where there are no highly favored candidates and it also reveals that Pennsylvania is definitely in play for both the presidential and senatorial races which will determine control of the direction of this nation between two differing visions on energy independence, education, international trade, balancing the budget and support for small businesses.

Nate Silver doesn’t have time for facts. He is probably in the bathtub with his boyfriend.

If Romney wins PA, does it mean he still has to win Ohio or does it not make a difference anymore? If Romney wins PA its ADIOS KENYAN MARXIST

If Romney takes PA I am going to have to click over to MSNBC to watch the collective meltdown. Then again, maybe Carville will put a garbage can on his head again.

Great news about PA!

I've thought for some time now that Mitt would easily win, and that we'll win the Senate as well. Nothing on the horizon looks like those goals are in jeopardy!

NY will never go red (too many “red” voters have fled to other states in recent decades), but NJ is not out of the realm of possibility. Chris Christie won here in 2009 and still have pretty good favorability numbers, and most voters I know here have really had it with public-sector employees.

For me as a PA resident, energy independence is the primary issue. Drill baby drill. Mine baby mine. If the young people of our state don’t see how the Democrats are holding back progress, pity on them. Why on earth did the Democrats halt that pipeline. Unless they’re receiving money from foreign sources to deliberately sabotage US progress. So the Brazilians can drill for oil and the Russians can continue to gouge Europe with high prices. They want to level the playing field so big bad capitalist America is no longer number one in the world. The Democrats want America to diminish and they will deliberately sabotage the future of our young people to achieve their sick agenda.

If he wins PA then we don’t need OH, right? But most likely if we get PA we’ll get WI as well.
