Lol, this is misleading........”going to smaller areas of Ohio”......Hilliard is in Franklin county, joins Columbus city limits. In fact, Hilliard blends with Dublin, oh and Dublin is an Obama bastion. Hilliard is about 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, UpperArlington (OSU) Dublin and Hilliard are the heaviest populated suburban communities in Columbus.
