What you eat or do has much less impact than genetics.
Lack of good exercise & eating is more of an impact for diabetes .
Ok. I’m not promoting junk good here though. I avoid baked goods & processed meats. Some junk food isn’t that much unhealthy in moderation.
Let’s take Norwegian folks for example. They eat lots of fish and get good omega 3’s . They have lower incidences of heart attacks but higher incidences of brain hemmoraging.
Americans have less deaths due to brain hemmoraging but more due to heart attacks.
In the end the reaper still gets its quota .
