Ergo: he KNEW in real time what was going down, and either did NOT deny the request for help, or APPROVED them.
But, if they were approved--why weren't the requests acted upon, since he is the CIC.

This attack was weeks ago and still we do not know where oabma was or if he watched the attacks and did he go to sleep knowing what was going on.
