Finally, a court that stands up for a right that isn't the right to rip babies apart with other people's money. The Fifth Circuit court essentially told the abortion giant Planned Parenthood to shut their whining gobs and that Texas has a right to not fund them.
This victory is being called a "roadmap" for any state that wants to defund Planned Parenthood. A lot of states have tried. Texas did it. This is a very bad day for Planned Parenthood. And a bad day for Planned Parenthood is a good day for babies.

I wish the Buckeyes hated Obama and his ilk as much as Texans do. I guess its because of the unions in this state which have a hold on so many.

IIRC the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled in favor of Planned Parenthood in striking a similar prohibition against the use of medicaid funds in Indiana. Given the conflict between the 5th and 7th Circuits and the importance of the issue, there is a really good chance that one or both cases will end up before the SCOTUS.
I can’t imagine under what legal principle the baby-killers can DEMAND that taxpayer money go to fund them. It is utterly ridiculous to assume that this country was founded with the notion that public money could be used to slaughter innocent children for the sake of convenience.

THIS JUST IN PPhood’s latest atrocity is texting children——a sex “educator” employed by Planned Parenthood—-the organization that works constantly to drive a wedge between children and their parents-—will be texting your children without parental knowledge or consent.
THE PEDOPHILE CREDO Planned Parenthood Federation of America has proclaimed a "right to sexual enjoyment" as a basic human right for all people, including children, and is pushing that goal in every arena, including schools, community groups, and particularly the United Nations. It hires children as young as 14 to promote sex to their peers, and one affiliate recently posted a job listing for a state-funded peer educator position that requires that the teens must attend the annual gay pride parade in order to work for PP.

When Planned Parenthood of Greater Northern New Jersey held its annual national sex educators’ conference, it promoted a website pushing such resources as “Unequal Partners, Teaching about Power and Consent in Adult-Teen and Other Relationships.” Planned Parenthood is actively involved in trying to push existing boundaries that separate and protect children from sexual activity.....as fodder for pedophiles
While this particular texting program has launched in the Denver area, it may well be a test program with plans for nationwide expansion. Parents must be very vocal in their opposition to Planned Parenthood texting their children. You can monitor your children’s phones for texting by noting the program’s acronym and number.
