Another way is the homicide charge plus charges based on deliberate violation of the oath of office (except he flubbed the official oath... and only claimed he did it over again later in private but we have no proof of that... so maybe he never took a valid oath? his lawyers would surely argue that if he ever were charged with capital crimes...)

He explained (and said he’d probably be in trouble for it) the protocols in place and what happens when an Ambassador’s life is in jeopardy. He said that signal immediately goes right to the very top of the command chain and the President is be notified. That there are forces all over the planet on alert all the time ready to rush in and preserve American life.
Said these forces did not need Libyan permission. That they were no doubt chomping at the bit to get over there and save lives.
Said the only reason the President himself would not be in charge of a situation like this is that they couldn’t find him.
It is impossible for an individual to get into the Limbaugh show. I am sure it was setup for him to be on the show to talk about this. I think people in the command chain below the top echelons are so disgusted, and so concerned about what is going on with the security apparatus of country that the risking their careers and maybe their lives to tell Americans what’s going on.
On the other hand, I hate to imagine that #1 is possible but with this group I don't think we should rule anything out.

The death of an ambassador is a HUGE HUGE deal. He is literally the embodiment of the United States of America. He is the surrogate for the President. When an Ambassador’s life is in jeopardy the entire government knows about and is supposed to spring into action.

Why did the White House at least 3 times deny military assistance to those American heroes in Benghazi? Um, because little barry bastard boy went ot bed at the beginning and Valerie Jarrett was not about to allow CIA to kill some of her mooselimb friends!1)Would military assistance spoil a plot to kidnap Ambassador Stevens thwarting a deal to release the blind sheik? This is a misdirection, floated because it is easily refuted with media complicity.
2)Was the White House Muslim afraid to do anything to cause more unrest in the Muslim world? Well, if little barry went to bed rather than lose sleep over the mooselimb murder of Americans in Benghazi and left mooselimb brotherhood Jarrett to run the show, and with Huma Abedin herding the hildabeast around, what would we expect other than mooselimb 'interests' over riding the lievs of several CIA American operatives and security personnel in Libya?
3)Obama's name is being used by his step-grandmother to raise funds to educate kids in Sharia with the help of Ansar Al-Sharia, the same Libyan group believed to have done the Benghazi attack. A lot of connection here. Don't be diverted from the Jarrett connections to Muslim Brotherhood and Iran, and Huma Abedin connections to al qaeda proselytes and Saudi interests in Islamic radicals ...

The longer Secretary of Statements Hilly takes to “get to the bottom of this,” the more obvious it is that the Benghazi Cover Up was hastily designed to hide a VERY BIG US SECRET TOPIC.
My guess as to the secret is that the CIA had discovered that some of the 20,000 Libyan Missiles were found in the possession of Ansar al-Sharia, or al-Qaeda who were then shipping them to Syria, and Obama knew all about it.
If this is true, then can Hilly and Billy keep this a secret until after November 6, 2012?

The Secretary of State has the authority to call in MASSIVE protection and support INSTANTLY. She was also responsible for sending him there in the first place, and making sure he had appropriate security when he got there. SHE disallowed appropriate security when it was requested MULTIPLE times by Stevens.
Focusing on Obama alone covers up the fact that it HAD TO BE BOTH HILLARY AND OBAMA.
