Gore's Current TV Up For Sale
NewsBusters ^ | October 26, 2012 | Noel Sheppard

Al Gore's Current TV is up for sale.

According to the New York Post, there has been enough interest in the television channel nobody watches let alone heard of that CEO Joel Hyatt has decided to shop around for offers.

“Current has been approached many times by media companies interested in acquiring our company,” Hyatt told the Post.

He's apparently had three inquiries.

"As a consequence," said Hyatt, "we thought it might be useful to engage expertise to help us evaluate our strategic options.”

A source told the Post the network is interviewing numerous investment banks but still hasn't launched a formal sales process.

Given the paltry ratings and undesirable placement with cable and dish networks, one has to wonder what this farce of a television channel is worth.

Stay tuned.

I’ll take it off his hands for 10 million bucks. I mean he’d have to pay ME 10 million bucks.

Perhaps it is "mini."

Question:

How many more oven hours are needed for cooking
Big Bird? Higher temp adjustment?

First the Libs had to worry about the possibility of losing Big Bird.

Now they are faced with the death of gore's Big Turkey if it is not saved from the axe.

Goodness, there are a lot of feathers flying! Rough year for media Liberals.
