Elizabeth Warren 2016?
Yahoo News (?) ^ | 10-25-12 | Jonathan Karl, Richard Coolidge & Sherisse Pham

The marquee Senate race this year is in Massachusetts, where Democrat Elizabeth Warren is challenging incumbent Republican Sen. Scott Brown.

"I never thought I'd run for public office, but I feel the urgency of this moment," says Warren. "If we don't make some important changes and make them soon, this country is going to change fundamentally, and it's not for the better."

Democrats took notice of the former Harvard professor late last year, when a video of Warren speaking on fair taxation and debt surfaced online.

"There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody," Warren says in the video. "You built a factory out there, good for you, but I want to be clear, you moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for; you hired workers the rest of us paid to educate; you all were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for."

Warren's popularity among Democrats has only increased since then; there are already people talking, tweeting, and posting about Elizabeth Warren running for president in 2016.

I wouldn't wish watching this interview on anyone - especially right after eating...

I'll give Warren this much: She is the absolute epitome of the smug, condescending, "smarter-than-everyone-else", elitist Eastern Liberal. The right-coast version of Nancy Pelosi and the female version of John F'n Kerry.

The 2016 part is submitted as my entry in the "Joke of the Decade" contest...

Sadly, she is revered in the land of Paul Revere.

Ah, you never met my Harvard professor sister-in-law. She could give Princess Fakeahontus a run for her money so to speak!

Her argument is so stupid that only idiots would believe it. The idea of taxation is that all the people pay for services they all use and benefit from. Using her own argument, than the police and fire department should quickly look at a list of who pays taxes before responding to a call.

“One Adam 12: respond to a burglary in progress at 1010 Elm Street.”

“OK, Bob....let’s look that address up and see if they paid any taxes.”

“Nope, they don’t actually contribute a dime in taxes. As a matter of fact, they get way more in government assistance than most people.”

“Well, screw them then....let’s go see if we can loot any of their stuff, the filthy leaches.”

I don’t think she’s eligible. Wasn’t she born on a Cherokee reservation or something like that?

She is going to be lucky to beat Brown. Much depends on turnout in D strongholds in Boston, Lawrence, Worcester, etc. If Obama appears to be a loser, then turnout will be down. I am in the 6th district and things look good for Brown and Tisei, Congressman Tierney’s opponent.

Legal Insurrection, Prof Jacobson’s site, has successfully detailed Warren’s carpetbagging nature.

Sadly, she is revered in the land of Paul Revere. By some (dedicated moonbats), but not all. Right now i'd say she's very slightly ahead, but it will come down to who shows up on 11/6.

“Station 51: respond to fire at 1214 Main Street.”

“Just a minute guys, let’s look at what they paid in taxes. Oh, not much. OK, we’ll go, but we’re only spraying a hundred gallons of water.”

If Warren could become a candidate for president I think she would do as well as George McGovern. He won one state—Massachusetts. Only that place could produce such a flock of freaks: Teddy Kennedy, Barney Franks, John Kerry, and Gerry Studds (which may have been a screen name).

And yet, we have posters here that would be happy if Scott Brown lost just to teach him and other “RINOs” a lesson about not voting 100% conservative. Its absolutely crazy. Scott Brown prevents this Communist witch from becoming a senator and influencing out laws. I donate to him on that basis alone and I don’t agree with a lot of what he does.

“Hello Officer. Why did you pull me over?”

“According to our records, you’ve only paid enough taxes to drive your car down one block. This is your fifth block. Your fine will be $387,000, you filthy tax cheat.”

Won't happen unless it's over Hillary's dead body.

If she even makes it through a primary without getting laughed out, Romney will wipe his a*s with her in the first few weeks of the campaign.

The dingbats and moonbats are plentiful up there; hopefully, the union workers grow a set and don't follow what their dear leaders demand. One letter to the editor I read said, in so many words, that “Scott Brown claims he is a moderate but he voted with Republicans on 86% (or whatever the frequency) of issues... that is why we need Elizabeth Warren.” Right, someone who will vote with Dems about 99% of the time.

Well she'd have the Indian vote locked up. </sarcasm>

People who make more money pay more money into income tax. In the interest of fairness, and Lord knows Paleface Lizzy flaps her gums about fairness all the time, those who actually pay no income tax should have no government benefits. It’s only fair.

99 nah try 100. You are correct about the union vote. SB needs at least 40% of that demographic, plus strong turn out in Red areas (yes they do exist in Mass; outside of the larger cities and the 128 belt)
