Sen. Scott Brown: It doesn’t matter if Republicans win back the Senate
Associated Press ^

Posted on 10/24/2012 8:04:44 AM PDT by Windy City Conservative

"For me it doesn't really matter who's in charge," says the junior senator, who adds the real problem is the dwindling number of moderate Democrats and Republicans in the Senate.

"You still need to get to 60 votes," says Brown. "I'm tired of the gridlock. It makes me just so disgusted to walk in there and see, you know, the usual spotting on votes on both sides."

Brown says if Republicans gain control of the Senate, Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., the current minority leader, will still have to "earn my vote."

You think this guy is going to help repeal Obamacare? I don't. Hey Scotty, if it doesn't matter which party runs the Senate, then why on earth does it matter whether or not you're re-elected. This should be the big controversy today, among the conservative media; not Mourdock.

Scott Brown is a democrat. Just days if not hours after calling for Todd Akin to get out of the race, he had this to say.

Scott Brown presses Republicans to be ‘more inclusive’ on abortion

Brown blasts back: I am a pro-choice Republican

"I'm tired of the gridlock."

Gridlock is good. If you don't understand this, Senator, you should go home.

Democrats didn’t need 60 votes to pass ObamaCare

Not surprising he hasn’t ruled out changing sides

I am becoming to really, really despise Massachusetts. The only diff between Dead Ted and Brown appears to be that Brown retains a bit of morality...but only a little bit.

No compromise. Period.

I - and many many others - have had it with liberalism.

Here in Mass, we are bombarded with ads from Brown and Elizabeth Warren. The most recent Brown ads have him bragging about all the leftist proposals he has supported.

He disgusts me as a candidate, an emptier suit than Barack. Since Obama will win Massachusetts handily, the only reason I’m bothering to vote at all is to have Scott Brown in the senate so he will at least caucus with the Republicans. But if he doesn’t even care who controls the senate, then screw him.

Maybe I’ll just stay home.

Reason for a Republican majority: Getting rid of Harry Reid aka that ‘gridlock’ Mr. Brown claims to dislike so much.

If THIS doesn’t matter to Mr. Brown, he doesn’t belong in the Senate.

Can I beam you up Scotty?

Aside from needing the seat, he should go @#^&@#%@ himself.

But then, he might have a point. With RINOs like him in office, it DOESN’t make a difference.

We need either a totally reconstituted GOP or a new party - right after we flush out Obozo.

A jerk named Kryllos, who is running against a Demcorat Jerk named Menendez in New Jersey is ANOTHER loon like Brown. I’m not voting for either one.

“You think this guy is going to help repeal Obamacare?”

Per Chief Justice Roberts, with the liberal Justices approval, Obamacare is a “tax” measure and cannot be fillerbusted......you only need a majority to put a stake through it’s heart. Scotty needs to learn that a majority can and do have an effect on legislation.

What’s he doing? Going for the Lincoln Chaffee/Olympia Snowe Trophy??????

The only difference between Scott Brown and Ted Kennedy . . .

Scott Brown might as well be a Democrat . . .

What good is Scott Brown if he votes with Democrats on big issues . . .

The answer is Scott Brown votes with Republicans on the biggest issue of all — who is Majority Leader, because the Majority Leader and ONLY the Majority Leader decides what items even make it to the floor for a vote.

If you object to how Brown votes, then you object to a Senator representing his voters, which is what he’s supposed to do.

If you want his votes to be different, then persuade his voters to change their attitude.

Brown needs to be rebuked now, by Senate Republicans. Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, all need to bombard this guy. He either wants to be a Republican or he doesn’t; make the choice Scott, or run as a Democrat or Independent. Brown is just riding GOP funding and coattails, but he refuses to be a teammate. Isn’t it funny, that the rationale for electing Brown, was that he would be the 41st vote against Obamacare, but the vote never happenned. SCOTT BROWN NEVER MATTERED! Brown only mattered when it came to passing socialist legislation like Dodd-Frank. Go ahead Miss Warren, your Senate seat awaits you.
