A series of internal State Department emails obtained by Fox News shows some some of the initial assessments of last month's deadly consulate attack in Libya, including one email within hours of the attack that noted that the group Ansar al Sharia had claimed responsibility.
Ansar al Sharia has been declared by the State Department to be a an Al Qaeda-affiliated group. A member of the group suspected of participating in the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi has been arrested and is being held in Tunisia.
The emails obtained by Fox News were sent by the State Department to a variety of national security platforms, whose addresses have been redacted, including the White House Situation Room, the Pentagon, the FBI and the Director of National Intelligence.

The next segment with Liz Cheney was also powerful...Obama will need to explain why he did not send military assistance to try to save the 4 Americans.

On September 11, at about 10 p.m. Libyan time (4 p.m. in Washington), Ambassador Chris Stevens and a small staff were inside our consulate in Benghazi when terrorists attacked. The consulate staff immediately contacted Washington and our embassy in Tripoli.
Maybe Fox should file an FOIA request for the drone video that the people at State were watching in real time.

they’re like letters, except through computers.
Hillary had to have been one knucklhead to fall in with the White House lie by first avoiding her own department intellegence, and keeping it deep sixed until the Issa Committee called in the boys in the know and exposed her without naming her. Hillary is untouchable on both sides of the aisle for the political blow back that comes with either side nailing her to the wall.
She claims to have cables that exonerate her, for calling for increased security. Let Issa call for them. Let her produce them. She has had plenty of time to manufacture them. If her orders are ignored as she claims, surely she knew Chris Stevens was still begging for more, then she should RESIGN.
Where WAS she anyway that night when all hell was breaking loose for her people? Out eating?
