Tom Hanks drops F-bomb on 'Good Morning America'
LA Times ^ | 19 Oct. 2012 | Joe Flint

"Good Morning America" can't say Tom Hanks didn't warn them.

The movie star was on the ABC morning show Friday promoting his new film "Cloud Atlas" when interviewer Elizabeth Vargas asked Hanks to say something in an accent he used for one of the many characters he portrays in the picture.

Hanks replied that the character mostly speaks in swear words. Vargas said that if he uses the accent, "they won't know."

You can guess what happened next, and hear it in the uncensored video [AT LINK], though the audio quality is poor, apparently due to microphone issues. Hanks started improvising and the F-word came flying out of his mouth. Hanks immediately put his hand over his mouth and he and Vargas started apologizing profusely.

Too bad Hanks didn't have the decency to do the same thing when he trashed Americans as racist during World War II.

In the first place Tom Hanks is no Jiimmy Stewart.
(I have heard a lot of people make the comparison)
In the second place, that is all I have to say!

He’s becoming the out and out typical Hollywood lout that abandons all sense of what is proper to the public square just as they all do eventually. He’s always been smarmy, in my opinion, but not loutish as he is now.

It was planned, folks.

Yet more normalization of social corruption by liberals.

Soccer moms watch this show.

Ergo, Hillary’s running.

Hank’s entire career is pissing on things - he’s not changing now.

Mr. Class.

He’s just trying to gin up publicity for his movie. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Well, we were. But so were the Japanese. They slaughtered the Chinese in Nanking, and treated American and Filipino prisoners as badly as the Germans treated the Jews. Our political system allowed us to transcend all that and to move toward an equitable society. The Germans and the Japanese had to compelled by overwhelming form to do the same. “on nation under God, divisible, with liberty and justice for all. “ Liberals hate the pledge, at least the mention of God. But without the notion that we are all children of Adam and Eve, not matter what race we be, or what combination of races, we are all of common descent.

Every time I see Hanks, all I can think is “Forrest Gump”. “Forrest Gump Saves Pvt. Ryan”, Forrest Gump in Space”, etc.

sorry if it seems I’m nitpicking but it’s “indivisible” not “divisible” - one means we can’t be divided the other that we can.

Yes, I know, This new keyboard is small and somehow the “in” just vanished. We are indivisible morally, in that God created us to be brothers and sisters, but siblings no two of whom are the same.
