As it becomes more obvious that Obama will lose the election we’ll see more of these poison pills set up by the Executive branch. These will form the political fodder for future campaigns.
Romney would be wise to undo these immediately.
I sure hope so. Bush didn't undo a damn thing that Clinton did, other than reversing clinton's executive order to kill children in third world countries.
The Democrats pass most of these things, and the Republicans just let them continue and grow.
