HEY MITT! Expect, From Obama, These Four Things At the Debate Tonight!(October 16, 2012)

Mitt Romney and Barack Obama debate again tonight, this October the 16th, 2012. After the sound trouncing Mitt delivered to the President, we can expect that Mr. Obama will alter his approach. Here is what to look for:

  1. Numerous interruptions and flagrant breaking of debate rules by Barack Obama. Barack certainly watched with interest as Joe Biden interrupted, talked over Mr. Ryan, sneered, laughed, mocked, and got angry. Those behaviors played very poorly with independents and especially with women -- most of who have dated, or even married, a man who behaved like this. Those behaviors, however, played very well with the far-left liberal base. Since the Pravda Press is mostly composed of that far-left brand of American, the written reviews the next day were glowingly in favor of Biden. Barack noticed that. Further, the Town Hall format this evening lends itself well to "planned but spontaneous" interruptions. The only indicator that this won't be tolerated seemed to come from Candy Crowley, the moderator, who declared that she will play a much more active and aggressive role in controlling the content of the discussion, and possibly the behavior of the candidates. Too, there is a chance that Obama will overplay this tactic.

  2. There will be attempt by Obama to overwhelm Mitt with accusations, many brand new, and all certifiably false. Joe Biden showed Obama that lying outright, and being wrong about the facts, are winning strategies with the Pravda Press, since they simply will not call a Democrat out about lying about their record (as when Joe Biden claimed he voted against the Iraq and the Afghanistan wars) or when they are wrong on the facts (as when Joe Biden asserted that the Syrian situation differs from the Libyan one 'because Syria is five times as large as Libya'). Barack Obama now feels free to lie outright, knowing that no one in the so-called "mainstream" media will whisper a word about it.

  3. A return of the infamous middle finger along the jaw (the F*** YOU gesture). This gesture has long been a staple of Barack's not-very-subtle body language, and it is intended to show 'cool', to get the audience on his side, and unnerve his opponent. Mitt Romney would do well to directly (though briefly) mention and criticize this gesture. It will regain the upperhand on 'cool', and it will put Obama on a defensive.

  4. Obama will be answering any charge made by Mitt Romney, not with an answer, but an ignoring of the question and the making of numerous counter-charges. Barack has long known that the best defense is an aggressive offense, and since the "mainstream media" will not call him on anything whatsoever, why defend against an accusation? Simply ignore it and attempt to overwhelm your opponent with numerous countercharges. This has been his method of governance: He overwhelms the system with many dozens of far-left, America-harming initiates, hoping that a few make it through. His debate performance tonight will mirror his governance.

Here is what Barack Obama fails to understand, though: The American populace, who began turning towards Mitt Romney, did not do so because Obama was passive. They did not do so because Romney debated well and with great skill. THEY TURNED TO MITT ROMNEY BECAUSE THE ROMNEY THE MEDIA HAD PAINTED, IN NO WAY RESEMBLED THE ROMNEY THEY SAW AT THE DEBATE.

This is the key. This is the response to most of this, except perhaps the planned interruptions. Mitt Romney merely needs to show America, once again, he is not a corporation-eating, people-hating Republican Monster. That is all they seek. Most of us know Obama has been horrible for America, but the Pravda Press had painted Mitt Romney as an unacceptable alternative to a known failure. Mitt needs to assure us, as he did last time, that he is not what the press declares.

>>It would be wonderful ju-jitsu for Mitt to defend Hillary. Women would like it. The buck really stops with the president, and Barack is hiding behind a woman’s skirt (or pantsuit). Mitt should make Hillary the Good Guy and Barack the Bad Guy.

I thought about this as soon as Hillary took the fall yesterday. All Romney would have to say is “It is refreshing that SOMEONE in this administration has taken responsibility for the debacle. I commend Hillary for admitting the fault and I hope we find those who perpetrated this devious attack.”

ONE AND DONE.

All Romney needs to be is the happy warrior with a spirited cadence of points and counter points. Just pile drive through the cardboard cutout he’s debating against with a smile on his face and exude the confidence of a knowledgeable and capable leader overwhelming a bullshiite artist.

If Obama gives Romney the middle finger it will remind people of what Clint Eastwood said.
Clint Eastwood " No Mr. Obama, I am not going to tell Romney to do that to himself ".
Therefore, Romney could say: " No Mr. Juvenile delinquent president, I won't do that to myself, and I won't tell Americans to do that to themselves "

This gesture along will solidify Romney's support among the Independents.

If 0bama pisses off women with a Rev. Wright demeanor tonight, he’s cooked. He’s got a fine line to walk. Unfortunately, he’ll be pandering mostly to females (not all Americans) tonight. Mitt has to be ready for that but I think 0bama’s going to go all-out Rev. Wright once the cocaine charge strikes. LOL

Mitt, CALL OBAMA OUT ON EACH AND EVERY DIVERSIONARY LIE.

I expect that will be impossible. If there are 100 lies, and only 90 minutes, it wouldn't be reasonable.

Mitt needs to CALL THE MEDIA OUT FOR PROTECTING OBAMA.

Depending how it is done, it might come off as whining.

No offense to you, good sir.

Reagan's approachability made him the working man's hero. Don't take the bait and defend phony charges, but calmly point back to Zero's record time and time again. Libya, Fast & Furious and communist share the wealth dogma. Socialism makes for a pretty boring lives Laz!

Expose widespread official dishonesty and the growth of government for government's sake with Obamacare. Why did you okay 30,000 drones to police a 'free people'?

Ronald reagan made Mondale laugh when he did it remember?

I wouldn’t go overboard defending Ms. Clinton. She could use that defense against him in 2016. Don’t think she wouldn’t use it either. LOL

I see that as giving the audience four more minutes to comprehend what a truly empty jerk he is.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
True. Four more minutes of looking at the ground, stuttering and stammering with “uhh’s and ummm’s” does indeed help Mitt.
If Candy Crowley becomes too ridiculous, Romney should admonish her and Obama early on with: Folks, this is not a game. Americans are tuning in right now because our country is at risk and they know it. You may think it’s about gotcha questions or clever debating ploys. But I assure you it is not.
I will also say this. What we are doing tonight is not funny. Just like it wasn’t funny last week. It might have been hilarious $16 trillion dollars ago and before Americans were killed in Libya, but certainly not now.
So, let’s all agree about why we are here and and think again about what Americans are expecting of us this evening.
( * A return of the infamous middle finger along the jaw (the F*** YOU gesture)** )
If Romney's campaign can turn this around and use it against Obama: as in ?:
" No Mr. Juvenile delinquent president, no I won't do that to myself, and I won't tell Americans to do that to themselves "
i.e. Clint Eastwood response to tell Romney to do that to himself.
Your comments are amazingly well-crafted. Since we are probably very B- or C-Team writers, imagine what the A-Team has written for Mitt. XD
When they are lying.
I’d advise, do it. Defend Hillary. Four months is a lifetime in politics, four years is an epoch.
I will wager one donut that the finger will be flying.
It's on till the break of dawn!
I'll be wanting a Long John...
On a more serious note, here is what I want Romney to do at this debate: Bring up the topic of our military being disenfranchised by not having their absentee ballots sent to them in a timely manner. This is unconscionable! Romney should DEMAND that Obama -- as our Commander-in-Chief -- personally step up to the plate and INSIST that the absentee ballots will be sent out -- AND COUNTED!!!!
What can Obama do? After being put on the spot in such a public forum, he has to accept Romney's challenge. It's a win-win. Our servicemen and women will be guaranteed their absentee ballots, and if for some reason they still don't receive them in a timely manner, they can go to the footage of this debate to show that Obama broke his promise and denied our American military the vote.
Strong stuff.
Amazing that CNN and Fox seem to be crossing paths as they each change their demographic.
I hope she’ll be fair...but don’t hold out much hope. Seems that the last time she moderated, she at least tried to be neutral.
We’ll see.....
