Jason Thompson, the son of former Gov. Tommy Thompson, was caught on video Sunday suggesting at a Republican event that voters this fall could send President Barack Obama back "to Kenya."
"We have the opportunity to send President Obama back to Chicago - or Kenya," Jason Thompson, an attorney at Michael Best and Friedrich, said during a fall brunch hosted by the Kenosha County Republican Party.
Jason Thompson's comment about Obama prompted laughs from the crowd, with one woman jokingly adding, "We are taking donations for that Kenya trip."

Oh so what? The Obamanation is from Kenya...The best part of the audio was hearing follow up from a woman who said something about raising money to send the Kenyan back to his native land. LOL.

Even as a joke, that is the kind of flippant comments Republicans need avoid right now. This is a serious election and we do not need any distractions. This just gives the Dems and the media something to put out there in an attempt to disparage the GOP and encourage sympathy for the President.

Bitter irony that HI state registrar Alvin Onaka has confirmed that Obama’s HI birth certificate is not legally valid - and twice supported that confirmation since the initial confirmation - and yet we’re still afraid to let anybody know the truth, because the country would sympathetically vote for somebody who is already known to have committed fraud, perjury, and forgery so that he could commit what would be the capital offense of treason if he was actually a US citizen.

I think it is a funny comment. I’d also like to send him back to Kenya, or Chicago, or Hawaii or Indonesia. My personal preference is to send him to federal prison.
