WHY do constituents of ANY party, Republican or DE RAT, allow these Congressmen and Senators alike to stay in office till they have to pry their rotting corpse out of their seat in the Senate or Congessional chambers ???

They need to be elected to a reasonable term, like an max of two terms, and then find something constuctive to do with their sorry lives.
