Black ministers back Warren, dismiss minority controversy
Boston Herald ^ | October 4, 2012 | Chris Cassidy

Clutching a Holy Bible and paraphrasing Scripture at a Roxbury church today, Democratis Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren accepted the endorsement of a coalition of black ministers — who indicated the controversy over her claims of minority status isn’t an issue for them.

“I was a stranger and you took me in,” said Warren. “And I’m very grateful for that. I’ve prayed with many of you ... We are not alone, and we’ll do this together.”

Menino called her "Senator Warren" and also said "It doesn't matter if you are Cherokee or Italian, it matters what's in your heart." For real? What a dolt. A true dunce.

Candidate (Republican) I worked for was shoe in for another win. Group of black ministers wanted to meet with him. Thirty of them. They wanted $500 a head for their “support.”. He gave them the boot.

I'm still trying to decipher Juan Williams’ remarks the other night when he said that all former U.S. Presidents spoke with an Italian accent. It had to do with Barack Obama’s speech pattern in the recently uncovered tape.

Juan was trying to say candidates alter their accent depending on the crowd. ?. Who does that?

That's what he was trying to say. I'd like to hear Chester Arthur's version. :-)

Warren is a fraud. I guess if they want to “do this together” with the white Indian princess with low cheekbones, it doesn’t say much for their “church”.

Exploitation of religion for personal gain. Even more shameful than passing herself off as Indian.

Tax exempt “church” getting involved in politics.

Revoke their damn exemptions.

These ‘churches’ are nothing but political front groups.

I’ve already warned my kids about churches that tout ‘social justice’ in their doctrine.

Note to Warren: black population in MA is barely 9%.
It might be the gay state but it’s pale faced like her.

Were the “Right Reverends Al and Jesse” from the Church of Hate, Racism and Hypocrisy in attendance? I don’t see how the dance could start without them.

Why doesn’t anyone ever file a complaint against these so-called churches with the IRS? It seems obvious to me that they are breaking the law.

sumthin telss me that many black ministers don’t want to have much to do with a gay radicalism candidate like Lizzy.

And one who quotes Jesus in the first person. She speaks for whom now?

Are these real Bible believing Christian ministers or phony left wing Rev. Jeremiah Wright types? If the former, how can they possibly support the party that promotes abortion, infanticide, same sex marriage and disses God at its convention? Wake up Black America, the Democrats are not on your side! Join the party that supports a colorblind society and not balkanization of the nation into different victim groups!

I am a bit surprised with Eugene Rivers being there.

“Rev. Eugene Rivers of Boston Tells Laura about the Outrage over Elizbeth Warren Claiming Minority Status and Obama’s Gay Marriage Support”

///
remember the roars of Ted Dansen in “blackface”?
that was insulting to African-Americans.
=
but why should they care about this? Warren is insulting American Indians, that her ancestors shot at... not Blacks.
